Refills are only available for those patients our veterinarians have seen within the last year and with whom we have a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Refill requests are reviewed and, if approved, filled during our normal business hours. If our hours do not accommodate your desired time frame, please call us at 773-539-9080. For medications being shipped directly from or directly billed to Cat Hospital of Chicago, we will contact you regarding payment information prior to mailing any medication. Please note that some medications and supplies are not able to be shipped by mail. If you choose to arrange to have a messenger pick up your medication(s) at Cat Hospital of Chicago, please note the date and approximate time under "Date and Time of Pick Up" above.
